In Spring 2007, CYMC’s Most Valuable Producers (MVP) produced the “Change The Nation” music video for Youth Movement Record’s (YMR) The Faculty. In the song the youth spoke out and shared their vision for the future of the nation. One of the scenes in the video depicted A1 as the first black president of the United States. Now in 2008 the american people have elected Barrack Obama as the first black president of the United States. So we sat down with the Faculty, MVP, and the current youth of the After School Internship program at CYMC for interviews to get their feedback on the significance of “Change The Nation” today.
