Conscious Youth Media Crew is looking for a part-time Lead Production Facilitator to supervise our digital media training program and to work closely with our youth interns in the video production process. The Lead Facilitator will work 20 hours a week and is responsible for the development, organization and carrying out of CYMC’s digital media training program with the assistance of CYMC program staff, guest artists, and volunteers.

The Lead Facilitator should have a solid background in film and video production (using Final Cut Pro on Apple Macintosh computers) as well as experience working in youth development. The candidate must be skilled in the technical aspects of digital film/video production and be able to work with others as a team player while also being organized, personable, and highly self-motivated. This person must be able to multi-task, prioritize job duties, work independently, and be able to communicate and work well with teens.
