  2. I have to say this is one hell of a movie. Great interviews and the way the movie was pieced together is what makes it so good. It gives up the insight on why this is going to be one of the worst years ever. The homocide rate is just skyrocketing and many of the victims are just so young. My friend’s little brother just got killed a couple of weeks ago and it was just so hard to realize that he was only 16. We need to, and you already are doing your job by making this movie, unite and fight to try and minimize the violence that is going on in Oakland. This my friend is really the “State of Emergency.”
